What to Do If You Spot Fraudulent Activity on a Fuel Card


If you think a transaction might be fraudulent, here’s what to do:


1. Cancel the card immediately

2. Report it to the police
They’ll give you a crime reference number, which is needed to request CCTV footage from the supplier.
Only the police can access this footage due to GDPR rules.


3. Submit a report in myMotia
