You can now use a quick online form in myMotia to flag it directly to our admin team – no need to email or call.
Where to find it:
Head to the Transactions Page in myMotia – the form link is right at the top.
What happens next:
Once you submit the form, it goes straight to the admin team. You’ll get a confirmation that your request has been received, and we’ll let you know the next steps.
You can use the form for things like:
Registration Number Not Recognised
A mistyped reg number by the driver or site attendant.Pump Mix-Up
If your driver was charged for the wrong pump.Duplicate Transaction
A system error may have caused a double charge.Incorrect Product Type
Charged for the wrong fuel? We’ll sort it and issue a credit if needed.Fraudulent Transactions
If your card was lost or stolen and used fraudulently.

There’s a £10 charge for copy receipts if the transaction was electronic and PIN verified.
Important to know:
- You’ll receive a confirmation from the Motia Cards Team once your request is being processed.
- The card supplier usually responds within 14 days.
- Please make sure all details are complete and accurate to avoid any delays.
