Adding a Regular Journey

Modified on Wed, 9 Apr at 2:59 PM

If you travel a route that should always be assigned to the same reason code, such as your commute, you can set this up to default to an outlined journey reason code each time you complete the trip. There are two ways to create a regular journey:

1. Using the Spyglass Icon:

  • Click the Pencil icon next to a journey you have already made, select the journey reason code for the particular regular journey, then click the Add to Regular Journeys Blue button.

2. Managing Regular Journeys:

  • Regular journeys can also be managed at the top of your journey list page by clicking Regular GPS Journeys.

  • Enter a start postcode, end postcode, and a reason code, then click the blue plus sign to add the journey to the list.

Once added to your journey page, any future journeys uploaded with the same start to end postcode will automatically allocate to the same reason code as created in the Regular Journey screen.
