1. Permissions:
- You will need Approver permissions to access the approvals page. If you do not have these permissions, or a member of your team is missing, please contact the Company Administrator of your account to get this updated.
2. Viewing Claims:
You can view the status of your group claims by clicking through any of the following areas:
- Approvals tab through the main menu - allows you to view all claims regardless of status.
- View Drivers - allows you to view all claims regardless of status.
- Status widgets - allows you to view only the claims with the specific status.
3. Claim Statuses:
Drivers' claims will have the following statuses:
- Not submitted - The driver has not yet submitted their claim for the month.
- Awaiting Approval - The driver has submitted the claim and it is awaiting your approval.
- Awaiting 2nd Approval - The claim is approved by the 1st level approver, awaiting 2nd level approval, where applicable.
- Accepted - Claim approved.
- Rejected - The claim has been rejected and is back with the driver to resubmit.
4. Prompting Drivers:
- You can prompt a driver to complete their claim by clicking Alert if they are at the status Not Submitted.
5. Starting the Approval Process:
- To start the approval process, click View. You will not see the driver's journeys until they have submitted.
6. Viewing Claims:
- You can view the driver's claim as a summary by clicking through to approve the claim.
7. Mileage & Cash Spend Approval:
- Click Mileage & Cash Spend Approval. You will then see the 4 steps to approve the claim.
