The Applications section in the Tele-Gence platform is your gateway to various web pages and services. Here's how you can make the most of it:
Step 1: Access the Applications Section
- Navigate to the Applications section in the Tele-Gence platform.
- Click the arrow next to ‘Applications’.
Step 2: Find Support and Other Services
- In the dropdown menu, you will find ‘Get Help’. Click on it to be directed to the Support Portal.
- You will also see myMotia, where you can access other Fuel Card Services products.
Step 3: Use the Support Portal
- Once in the Support Portal, you can use the search bar to find related solution articles in our knowledge base.
- If you can't find what you need, you can initiate a chat in the bottom right-hand corner during working hours or log a ticket at any time.

- Monday – Friday: 08:45 – 17:15
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
