How to Request a Video:

1. Go to the asset you want the video for.
2. Click on the Video icon.
3. Fill in the details and click OK to submit.

Alternatively, videos can also be requested from the 'Videos tab'

What Happens After You Click the "Video Request" Button?

Once you hit the Video Request button, only assets that have video capabilities will show up, so you can pick the right one.

Selecting a Trip:

• If there are trips available: Pick the one you want.
• If no trips are available: You can choose a custom date and time by clicking on the info button and selecting: Want to use a custom date and time?

Choosing an Event:

You can select an event by clicking on the map or using the slider to find the exact moment.

Adjusting Video Settings:

Click the Cog Icon to change video settings. The video duration will depend on the device type and how it’s set up.

Multiple Cameras?

If your asset has multiple cameras, you’ll get the option to choose which one you want.

Review Before You Submit:

Before submitting your video request, you’ll see a Summary Screen so you can double-check everything.
