How to Reset Your myMotia Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few simple steps.


1. Go to the myMotia Login Page

Open the myMotia online portal and navigate to the login screen.


2. Click “Forgot Password”

Under the login form, select Forgot Password.


3. Enter Your Username

Type in your myMotia username and click Send Reset Link.

Email our support team at support@motia.com and we’ll help you retrieve it.


4. Check Your Email

A password reset email will be sent to the registered email address linked to your username.

  • The email contains a secure reset link.
  • The link expires after 24 hours.
    If it expires, just repeat the reset process to receive a fresh link.

5. Click the Password Reset Link

Open the email and select the link to access the password creation page.


6. Create a New Password

Your new password must meet all myMotia security requirements:


Password Rules

  • Minimum 12 characters
  • Contains uppercase letters (A–Z)
  • Contains lowercase letters (a–z)
  • Contains numbers (0–9)
  • Contains at least one special character from the allowed list below


Allowed Special Characters

@ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , . ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; < >

Make sure your password includes a combination of these to meet all criteria.


7. Log Back In

Return to the myMotia login page and sign in using your username and newly created password.
