View and Manage Your Account Details in myMotia

You can now easily view your account information directly within your myMotia account. This gives you quick access to key details and allows you to request updates whenever needed.


What you can see


Within the My Account section, you’ll be able to view:

  • Customer number
  • Primary contact details
  • Company registration number
  • Business type
  • Registered address and postcode
  • Invoice level and frequency
  • Sub-account information


Requesting changes


If your address or invoicing information needs updating, you can quickly submit a request through the platform using the “Request a Change” button.


How to access your account details


Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your myMotia account
  2. Select My Account from the top‑right corner of the screen
  3. Your account details will be displayed
