Updating your invoicing address in myMotia is quick and easy.
Just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your myMotia account.
- Select My Account in the top‑right corner of the screen.
- Your account details will be displayed here.
- Click Request a Change.
- From the list of options, choose Invoice Change.
- Enter your new email address details in the required fields.
- Once you’re happy, click Submit.
What happens next?
Your request is automatically sent to our Admin Team to update.
Want to check past changes?
You can view previous requests at any time by selecting Open Request History, where you’ll see a full audit trail of your address updates.
