Updating your address in myMotia is quick and easy.
Just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your myMotia account.
- Select My Account in the top‑right corner of the screen.
- Your account details will be displayed here.
- Click Request a Change.
- From the list of options, choose Address Change.
- Enter your new address details in the required fields.
If you’re only updating your main address (and your fuel card delivery address is staying the same), you don’t need to tick the fuel card dispatch box.
- Once you’re happy, click Submit.
What happens next?
- Your request is automatically sent to our Credit Team for review.
- If no supporting documents are needed, your address will be updated and will appear in My Account.
Want to check past changes?
You can view previous requests at any time by selecting Open Request History, where you’ll see a full audit trail of your address updates.
