If your iBeacon is not picking up journeys or you notice missing journeys, please follow these steps:
Restart Your Phone:
- Switch your phone off and on again. Open the app, go to the journey screen, and pull down the journey list to refresh. This will clear your cache, which may now show journeys that were recorded but hidden.
Check Phone Settings:
- If journeys have not appeared, it suggests they were not recorded due to your phone settings. Please ensure:
- Bluetooth and Location settings are switched on both in your phone and in the Mileage Expenses app.
- You are updated to the latest version of the app.
- Adjust your proximity settings to 20%.
Test Your Settings:
- After making any phone setting changes, record a couple of journeys to see if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, please log a support ticket.
