Why do I have more personal miles showing in my driver journeys list than I believe I should?

If you notice more personal miles than expected in your driver journeys list, consider the following steps:

1. Check for Missing Business Journeys:

  • Review your journey list to see if any business journeys are missing.
  • Manually add any missing business journeys to ensure your records are accurate.

2. Verify Odometer Readings:

  • Ensure you have entered the start odometer reading initially and the end odometer reading each month correctly.
  • Double-check the information you have inputted to make sure it is accurate.

3. Keep a Physical Record:

  • We recommend keeping a physical record of your odometer readings. Taking a photo of your odometer reading on the last day of each month can help. This way, you have the date, time, and image of the correct details for reference.

By following these steps, you can ensure your personal and business miles are accurately recorded. If you need further assistance, please reach out to the Mileage Expenses support team.
