Trip History Tab

The Tele-Gence platform allows you to review all historical journeys of your vehicles. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Choose Vehicle and Date

1. Select the vehicle and date you wish to view trips from.
2. All journeys for that day will be populated in a list form.

Step 2: View Journey Details

1. Click on any journey from the list.
2. A map showing the route for the trip will be displayed.

Step 3: Access Trip Details

1. By clicking on a specific trip, a pop-up will appear showing details of the trip.
2. This includes the driver behaviour score*, events, and a full telemetry report.

Step 4: Download Full Telemetry Report

1. The full telemetry report may be required if a vehicle is involved in an accident.
2. This report shows each 10-second update (for devices in vehicles), including address and speed at each point.
3. You can download this file from the telemetry tab via the download icon when required.

Important Note

• The full telemetry report should only be run for one-off investigation purposes due to the volume of data in this report.
• Trip listing reports showing start and end locations with distance and time can be run in the Reporting suite. See Reporting for more details.

Feature Availability

• The driver behaviour score feature is only available in the Pro package.
