The Reporting section in the Tele-Gence platform is designed to help you easily locate and customize the data you need. Here's how to make the most of it:

Step 1: Access the Reporting Tab

  • The reporting is split into categories to help you easily find the required data.

Step 2: Customize Your Reports

  1. Choose your report settings:
    • Output format (PDF/CSV formatted)
    • Date range
    • Assets included
    • Add or remove data columns to suit your needs

Step 3: Create Report Schedules

  1. If you need the same reports frequently, you can create report schedules to have these reports delivered to your email at your chosen frequency.
  2. Navigate to ‘Scheduled’ above the report list and select the plus icon to open the Scheduled Report Wizard.

Step 4: Set Up the Scheduled Report

  1. Enter a name for the report.
  2. Choose the user you wish to Run As.
  3. Select the frequency (weekly or monthly).

Step 5: Choose Report Recipients

  1. Choose who you would like to receive the email:
    • Yourself (default)
    • Individual users
    • All users in a role

Step 6: Finalize the Schedule

  1. Select ‘Next’ to review the setup.
  2. Select ‘Finish’ to create the schedule.

Step 7: Add Multiple Reports to the Schedule

  1. Once the schedule is created, you can add multiple reports to the same schedule by selecting the plus sign.
  2. A list of available reports for the schedule will appear. Navigate to the section your report appears in and select the report you wish to add.

Step 8: Set Report Parameters

  1. Ensure you match the schedule type outlined when setting up the report. For example, if you are receiving a weekly report, enter the date range as the ‘Last 7 days’.
  2. Select ‘OK’ to add the report to the schedule. This will now appear in the list.

Step 9: Remove Reports from the Schedule

  • If you wish to remove any reports from the schedule, use the bin icon to delete them.

Note

  • Reports available on the Lite package are restricted to Trip Listing, Stopping Report, Fuel Transaction Report, and Alert Report.
