How to View and Report on Congestion Zones

Viewing Congestion Zones

1. Expand Tool Options:

   • From the Overview screen, expand the tool options in the top right-hand corner of the map.

2. Select Map Layer Icon:

   • Click on the map layer icon.

3. Choose 'Congestion Zones':

   • Select 'Congestion Zones' from the options.

4. This will display a map view of congestion zones, allowing you to see any vehicles in these areas.

Reporting on Congestion Zones

1. Create a Zone:

   • To report on a congestion zone, follow the steps to create a zone by tracing the area on the map.

2. Choose Zone Type:

   • We recommend creating this as a 'No Go' (red) or 'Keep In' (green) zone type.

3. Establish Location Zone Type:

   • Once you have established a location zone type, vehicles in this area will show the zone name instead of the address when viewed in the Overview tab and Reporting.

   • For single sites, use the Location zone type.

   • For larger areas, use 'Keep In' or 'No Go' zone types to keep the address visible.
