Step 1: Create a Report Schedule
- Navigate to the Scheduled Reports: Go to the Scheduled section above the report list.
- Open the Scheduled Report Wizard: Click the plus icon (+).
- Enter Details:
- Name: Give your schedule a name.
- Run As: Select the user you wish to run the report as.
- Frequency: Choose how often you want the report to run (weekly or monthly).
Step 2: Set Up Frequency
- Weekly: Choose the day of the week you want the report to run.
- Monthly: Choose the day of the month you want the report to run.
Step 3: Choose Recipients
- Select Recipients: Choose who will receive the report via email. Options include:
- Yourself (default)
- Individual users
- All users in a role

Step 4: Review and Finish
- Review Setup: Click Next to review your setup.
- Finish: Click Finish to create the schedule.
Step 5: Add Reports to the Schedule
- Add Reports: Click the Add Button to add multiple reports to the schedule.
- Select Reports: Navigate to the section where your report appears and select the report you wish to add.
- Note: Reports available on the Lite package are restricted to Trip Listing, Stopping Report, Fuel Transaction, and Alert Report.
Step 6: Set Report Parameters
- Match Schedule Type: Ensure the report parameters match the schedule type. For example, if you are receiving a weekly report, set the date range to the Last 7 days.
- Add Report: Click OK to add the report to the schedule. It will now appear in the list.
Step 7: Remove Reports from the Schedule
- Delete Reports: Use the bin icon to delete any reports from the schedule if needed.
