How to Run Daily Reports

The Daily Report provides a summary of daily activity for your vehicles, grouped by vehicle and day. Follow these steps to run the report:

Step 1: Select Vehicles

1. Log in to the Motia Telematics Portal.
2. Highlight the vehicle(s) you wish to run the report for from the left-hand vehicle list.

Step 2: Access Reports

1. Click on the 'Reports' tab on the top blue navigation bar.

Step 3: Choose Daily Report

1. Select 'Daily Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop-down menu.

Step 4: Set Date/Time Criteria

1. Enter the Date/Time period you wish to run the report for.

Step 5: Load the Report

1. Click 'Load Report' to run the report.

Daily Report Details

The Daily Report will display the following information, separated by vehicle and day:

• Start Date/Time for the first journey of the day
• End Date/Time for the last journey of the day
• First Daily Journey Start Location
• Last Daily Journey End Location
• Vehicle Moving Time for the day
• Vehicle Stopped Time for the day
• Vehicle Idle Time for the day
• Number of Stops for the day
