How to move to the next claim period (Administrator).

If you are a Mileage Expenses Manager, you have the ability to close a claim period for your company. 


Once this claim period is closed, it will be closed for all drivers, even if they have not submitted their claim.


1: Navigate to your company dashboard.


  • Click Move to next period.



2: After clicking Move to next period, if the three bullet points are ticked, you can click Proceed to next period

This will start an automated background process that can take up to 15 minutes to complete.



If all options are not ticked, you will need to click an Auto Complete button and wait for the background process to complete. After this, you will be able to move the period over.
