As a Company Manager, you have the ability to manually close the current period and begin a new one for all drivers.
Please note that each month is one period.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Current Period:
From your company dashboard, go to the “Current Period” section and click “Move to Next Period.”
2. Confirm the Action:
Click “Proceed to Next Period” to confirm.
You can only click this button if all three points are ticked and are green, if these are not green and ticked, the period will not move over.
Once confirmed, a background process will begin. After a short time, the new period will open, and all drivers will be notified that they can now submit claims for the new period.
⚠️ Important: Please click the button only once. Pressing it multiple times may unintentionally advance the period further than intended.
