If your Dongle does not display a light when plugged in please refer to the below:
1. Initial Connection:
- The first time you plug your dongle into your vehicle, it will show a solid green light until it connects to a GPS signal. Once connected, you should see a slow flashing green light, indicating it has found a GPS signal. The initial connection may take a few minutes, so please be patient.
2. Troubleshooting:
- If your dongle is plugged into your vehicle with the vehicle switched on but shows no light or a fast flashing green light, it could mean the dongle or your connection is faulty.
3. Test in Another Vehicle:
- We recommend testing the dongle in another vehicle to determine if the issue is with the dongle itself or your 12V cigarette lighter/USB port/adapter.
4. Contact for Replacement:
- If you continue to experience no light or a fast flashing light, please contact your company administrator to arrange a replacement dongle or an alternative mileage capture device.
