How to Run Late Start Reports

The Late Start Report groups together the first journey start times for all vehicles in a group, helping you identify any vehicles starting later than they should. Follow these steps to access the report:

Step 1: Select Group

1. Log in to the Motia Telematics Portal.
2. Browse to the group you wish to run the report on. Selecting individual vehicles is not necessary as the report runs against all vehicles in the selected group.

Step 2: Access Reports

1. Click on the 'Reports' icon from the top blue navigation bar.

Step 3: Choose Late Start Report

1. Select 'Late Start' from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Set Date/Time Criteria

1. Set the Date & Time criteria for the period you wish to search against.

Step 5: Load the Report

1. Click 'Load Report' to run the report.

Step 6: View Report

1. The Late Start report will load for the selected criteria, showing each vehicle grouped together by half-hour segments. For example, all vehicles starting their first journey before 8:30 AM will be grouped together.
