How to Set Up POI Alerts

The POI Alert notifies you when a vehicle enters and/or leaves a Point of Interest (POI). Follow these steps to set up the alert:

Step 1: Access the Alerts

1. Log in to the Motia Telematics Portal.
2. Select the 'Alerts' icon from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Add the POI Alert

1. Click on 'Add POI Alert'.

Step 3: Complete the Alert Setup

1. A new window will appear with fields to complete.
2. Fill in the required fields as needed.

Step 4: Receive Email Alerts

• Email alerts will be sent to the selected users when a vehicle enters and/or leaves the selected POI.
